Emergency Care at Hannah
Illnesses, accidents, diagnostic testing, digital x-rays, and lab work — covered when delivered at a Hannah location. Tigard accepts emergencies 24/7.
Spay or Neuter
The decision to spay or neuter your Pet is an important one. It can be the single best decision you make for long-term welfare.
Unlimited Training
Hannah’s B.E.S.T. — Behavior, Education, Support and Training — team will partner with you to help you raise an ideal dog.
Microchip & License
All Hannah Pets receive a Hannah-implanted microchip (required for every Hannah Pet), and Hannah reimburses you for local licensing.

Hannah’s TLC plans include routine and emergency veterinary medical, surgical, diagnostic, and dental care, along with therapeutic medications on Hannah’s formulary when recommended and provided by Hannah at Hannah locations.
Hannah is not insurance. Care is provided according to Hannah’s medical standards, availability, formulary, and what Hannah veterinarians, in consultation with the Pet Parent, determine is in the Pet’s best interest. TLC does not cover implants, organ transplants, cosmetic or experimental surgery, neuro/spinal/brain surgery, hospice or in-home care, services at outside referral facilities, or emergency services at non-Hannah providers. Coverage FAQ
What veterinary services are included with Total Lifetime Care®?
Total Lifetime Care® covers preventive care (annual exams, vaccinations, parasite prevention, dental), illness and injury care, emergency care at our Tigard hospital, surgeries and diagnostics, formulary medications, behavior and training support, spay or neuter procedures, and a registered microchip — all delivered at Hannah locations for one predictable monthly fee with no co-pays or deductibles.
Is emergency care included in Hannah Membership?
Yes. 24/7 emergency veterinary care is included at our Tigard hospital with no co-pays, no deductibles, and no per-incident caps. Members can bring their Pet to the Tigard hospital at any hour for emergency care. Emergency care at non-Hannah facilities is not covered.
Are dental procedures covered?
Yes. Routine dental cleanings, dental exams, and most dental procedures performed at a Hannah hospital are included in Total Lifetime Care®.
What is NOT included in Total Lifetime Care®?
Total Lifetime Care® does not cover: implants or implant surgery, organ transplants, cosmetic or experimental surgery, neuro/spinal/brain surgery, hospice or in-home care, physical or laser therapy, services at outside referral facilities, emergency services at non-Hannah providers, Pet food or dietary supplements (unless opted in), boarding, grooming, non-Hannah specialists, and non-Hannah formulary medications. Do I have to be a Hannah Member to be seen?
Yes. Hannah Pet Hospital provides veterinary care exclusively for Members of Hannah the Pet Society. Becoming a Member starts with a one-time $50 Membership Fee and $2 monthly Membership dues; on top of that, your Pet is enrolled in a Total Lifetime Care® plan. Can I bring my Pet to either Hannah hospital?
Yes. Hannah Members can use either the Portland hospital or the Tigard hospital. Many Members visit whichever location is closer or has earlier availability. The Tigard hospital additionally provides 24/7 emergency care outside of lobby hours.
