Give your puppy or kitten the care they need during their crucial first months. Hannah’s Healthy Start™ adds a short-term fee on top of your TLC Plan for the first 6 months (paid monthly or as a lump sum) — and bundles the vaccines, exams, parasite control, and spay/neuter that young Pets need most.

Seeing your Pet sick or in pain is difficult enough without stressing over a high, unexpected veterinary bill. We designed our Sick or Injured Pet plans to get your companion the treatment they need right away, with a payment structure that supports your family.
A Good Faith Estimate up front
After we exam and diagnose your Pet, we give you a written Good Faith Estimate of the “Cost to Treat” — what it will take to return your Pet to good health or a more stable condition.
You pay 50% (or less) up front
The Sick or Injured Care Fee is 50% (or less) of the Good Faith Estimate. The other 50% is deferred — and only owed if you later choose to take ownership of your Pet back from Hannah.
Manageable payments
The Sick or Injured Care Fee can be paid as a lump sum or financed at Hannah’s discretion based on your preference and credit/payment history.
Focus on healing
We treat your Pet right away — Hannah covers any expenses if the actual Cost to Treat exceeds the Good Faith Estimate.
If your Pet passes away within 14 days of signing the TLC Placement Addendum, the 50% deferred balance and remaining Sick or Injured monthly payments are waived as a good-will gesture. Full mechanics are in Section N of the Membership Agreement (PDF).
