One important factor in Hannah being able to deliver great comprehensive Pet healthcare at a lower cost is it's unique retained ownership concept.
What is Retained Ownership?
At the time of enrollment, a Pet Parent transfers legal ownership of the Pet to Hannah during the time the Pet is in our program, and Hannah leases the Pet back to the Pet Parent. Hannah is responsible for all of the veterinary and behavior care the Pet needs and the Pet Parent is responsible to supply all of the love and companionship.
The ownership transfer (and Membership Agreement) is reversible at any time for any reason by the Pet Parent. Simply pay back the attributed value of the initial exam provided by Hannah at no initial charge and get a Bill of Sale and title to the Pet back*.
You are fully involved in all health care and other decision regarding the Pet as you want to be.
Hannah's interests are completely aligned with the best interest of the Pet and Pet Parent - we want the Pet to have the happiest, healthiest, longest life possible!
Why do we Have Retained Ownership?
Transferring ownership and leasing back your Pet while it is on the Hannah program is admittedly kind of a "crazy or odd" concept. However, the fact that Hannah is providing health care to it's own "property" under the law means we are not providing "insurance". This eliminates the costs associated with "property insurance" that we pass on to you. You can see the cost savings for yourself by clicking HERE and taking the Hannah cost challenge!
