Membership Coordinator at Hannah Pet Hospitals
What makes Hannah special?
Hannah’s unique approach–providing all-inclusive medical and behavior care for one monthly price–allows more people to give their Pets the best care possible without breaking the bank. That means more Pets getting the care they deserve. I can confidently say that Hannah saves Pets’ lives every day.
What unique strengths do you bring to the Hannah team?
We frequently work with new Members who reach out to us because their Pet is in crisis. I work hard to provide a calm space where we can discuss our services and assure them they’ll receive the very best care for their Pet.
Tell us about a situation at Hannah that made an impact on your life?
We recently had a Member enroll whose Pet was very sick. Unfortunately, after five days at our Tigard hospital, the Pet passed away. The next day, the Pet’s Parent said, “I want to let you know how amazing the Hannah people were throughout this very difficult time. They never once made me feel like a burden when I called to check on my Pet and they showed tremendous compassion.” It warms my heart to know that our team was able to walk alongside this Pet Parent through such a difficult situation.
Do you have any Pets? Tell us about them.
I have three Pets. One is a 13-year-old Puggle named Bella who I adopted from a local Portland rescue. She has been a Hannah Pet for almost 9 years. I also have a 5-year-old cat named Olivia whom I found and adopted through Hannah The Pet Society’s Lifetime Matching Program. Finally, there’s my 2-year-old miniature blue heeler named June.
What’s your favorite thing about working at Hannah?
Every day I have the opportunity to work with people who love their Pets so much they’re willing to try a new Pet care model. Knowing that I help introduce Pet Parents to the program is a big responsibility I take a lot of pride in.
